I was really impressed by the open day last Saturday at the Hidden Lane. I remeber it from when I first came to Glasgow in 1980 as a place where you could get parts for obsolete motors.
I met some lovely people, played guitar for a couple of dancing ladies, had some nice food and listened to some great poetry. The Polish tonguetwister - my mother who courted a Polish Officer during the war taught me it years and years ago!!
Anyway I am already returning to see Chloe at Studio Gnu for a possible commission and must try to get to the next poetry night.
